  • Fill in your PNR, flight code, Passenger name, and mobile number as per the e-ticket.
  • Now click on the 'Send verification code' tab; after that, you'll receive a verification code on your registered mobile number.
  • Enter the verification code and Submit.
  • You can download your boarding pass for a hassle-free experience at the luggage counter.

You can also opt to speak with a live person in CA via LiveChat to assist you with the check-in via LiveChat or use the Air China Mobile Check-in service's pre-programmed Bot's guidance to do the same. What is the Air China check-in policy?

  • If you cannot use the Self-Print Boarding Pass or Mobile Boarding Pass facility, You're advised to reach the airport 1 hour prior to your boarding time for a smooth baggage drop and security check-in process.
  • In case you opt for a chargeable seat, please pay for the new seat right at the moment. You are not allowed to make the payment during the baggage drop. 
  • If you made a partial online check-in for your booking but canceled your trip due to unforeseen reasons, you will be marked a no-show, and hence, no refunds will be initiated.

How long before a flight can I check in at Air China?

The answer varies on the mode of check-in, flight type, and booking method. You can check in online if you have an e-ticket. The online check-in window is open between 48 hours to 60 minutes before departure. Check-in time for Flights to the US is between 24 hours to 60 minutes before departure, subject to the local government regulations.
